- Password Protected Wishes – Keep your wishes private (Free)
All payments on CustomWishCards are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store or process your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
Once a payment is successfully completed, the premium feature is activated instantly on your wish card.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and instant delivery of premium features (animated wish cards are generated immediately upon payment), all payments made on CustomWishCards are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you review your selection carefully before completing a payment. If you face any technical issues after payment, please contact us immediately at contactcustomwishcards@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
