2. Service Description

CustomWishCards provides a platform to create personalized digital wish cards for various occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and special events. Our services include:

• Free Features: Basic wish card creation with customizable text and templates.
• Premium Features (Paid):
  • Animated Wish Card with Music: Add background music, animations, and effects to your card.
  • Memory Scrapbook Add-on: Upload up to 4 personal photos to create a sliding memory gallery.
• Password Protection (Free): Secure your wish cards with a password.

Prices for premium features are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of checkout.

3. User Responsibilities & Uploaded Content

You agree to use CustomWishCards responsibly and not to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
• Upload photos (for the Scrapbook feature) that you do not have the legal right to use, or that infringe on any copyright.
• Use the service for spam or commercial purposes without permission.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.

Photo Uploads: By uploading images to the Memory Scrapbook feature, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. We are not responsible for any copyright claims arising from user-uploaded content.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

Digital Products: All premium features (Animated Wish Cards and Memory Scrapbook) are digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

No Refunds: Due to the instant delivery of digital goods, all payments are non-refundable. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical error where you were charged but the premium feature did not activate, please contact us within 24 hours at contactcustomwishcards@gmail.com. We will verify the transaction and manually activate your feature or provide a resolution.

Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain ownership of any text, names, or photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to display and share this content as part of the wish card generation process.

Website Content: All website design, templates, graphics, logos, and underlying code are the property of CustomWishCards and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Third-Party Services

CustomWishCards uses trusted third-party services to operate:

• Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
• Cloudinary: For secure hosting of uploaded photos and music files.
• Google AdSense: For displaying advertisements.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CustomWishCards is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

CustomWishCards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
• Any other matter relating to the service.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. This includes content that:

• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
